The natural origin of latex – the foundation of our comfort

At the core of our mattress lies latex, a material that starts from the sap of the tropical tree Hevea brasiliensis – the well-known rubber tree. This tree grows in warm, tropical regions such as Southeast Asia, parts of Africa, and South America, where the conditions give the sap its natural properties.We carefully select high-quality plantations so the latex brings with it those characteristics that make it so special:

Production with care in every step

Turning the sap into a mattress happens through two proven methods: Dunlop and Talalay – both well-known for their reliability worldwide.

• In the Dunlop method, the material is slowly baked in molds, creating a denser and more stable structure – ideal if you prefer a slightly firmer but still comfortable feel.
• In the Talalay method, flash-freezing at low temperature (-18 °C) happens before baking, creating a more uniform and open structure – resulting in excellent air circulation and a softer, more “breathable” sensation.

In both cases, we follow thorough washing and rinsing in multiple stages with mild solutions, so the final product is clean and ready for use.

We use modern energy-saving machines, a closed-loop water system (water is cleaned and reused), and wherever possible, reuse of residues – small but meaningful steps to keep the process more responsible.

The certification that gives you peace of mind

Every one of our mattresses carries OEKO-TEX Standard 100 – Class I, the highest category of this independent certification. This means it has been independently tested in recognized laboratories for over 1,000 potential harmful substances (heavy metals, dyes, formaldehyde, phthalates, etc.) and is considered safe even for babies.
