Terms of Shipments
The production of your new product will start from the date of confirmation of your payment.
The delivery time is between 10 and 15 working days.
Deliveries are made on working days and times:
Monday - Friday
09:00 – 17:00
Free shipping throughout Greece for purchases over €40!
For purchases below €40, the shipping cost corresponds to €3.
From €40 and above, shipping is free.
In Athens, Thessaloniki as well as in the cities of all prefectures and islands of Greece, we provide delivery to the entrance (sidewalk)* of the address you have given us**, with cooperating Transport Companies.
*If you want the delivery to be made to your floor then an agreement should be made with the transport company.
**If you live outside the city (i.e. village, town) then you will have to pick up your order yourself from the agency in the nearest city. However, if you still wish to have them delivered to your address, then you will need to contact the agency to arrange loading and additional shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any delays or damages to the products delivered by the transport companies and its partners.
